Wayman holds a B.A. in Physics from the University of Arkansas and a CompTIA A+ certification. His career spans environments most people never see in the same resume.
Managed enterprise Active Directory and identity lifecycle across a large regional bank. Led IAM initiatives and built PowerShell automation that reduced manual operational overhead across banking workflows. He either made you glad or mad.
Sole technician managing infrastructure across 40–50 small businesses, primarily dental practices operating under HIPAA compliance requirements. Networking, endpoints, servers, VoIP, and backups — simultaneously, across dozens of distinct environments. Only lost data once. Only one client ransomwared.
Taught high school physics. Built the skill of translating complex systems into language that non-experts can act on — a skill that has followed every role since.
Operated in high-stakes field environments where systems either work or they don't. Developed an early instinct for operational reliability and practical problem-solving under real constraints. Left with all digits.
The through line across all of it is the same: complex systems, real constraints, and a need for someone who can figure it out and explain it clearly.
Wayman is pursuing IAM engineering and AI-adjacent roles with a focus on automation, identity infrastructure, and intelligent tooling. Alongside that, he is developing two parallel practices.
